+++ This book combines the exciting story of a theater with a no less exciting life story. +++
The actress Gisela Höhne is 26 years old when her first son is born in East Berlin in 1976. After that, everything is different: Moritz has Down syndrome. She has to give up her beloved profession. But in 1991, Gisela Höhne founds the "RambaZamba" theater, whose performers live with a "different mental or physical order" and leads it to international fame with a team of like-minded people. With humor and empathy, she gives us a look behind the scenes of the theater she has managed for 26 years. She tells of the deep feelings, the craziness and imaginative skills with which her extraordinary actors never cease to amaze. At the same time, it is a book about love and an adventurous life as an artist. The book is enriched by photographs by Sybille Bergemann.
Reading, talk and live music with Stefan Dohanetz, Christof Hanusch and Moritz Höhne
