With a lot of self-confidence and a critical and reflective perspective on her generation, 22-year-old indie newcomer BROCKHOFF released her debut EP "Sharks" in June 2022. Less than a year ago, she performed live for the first time supporting Jeremias. Now she will play her first own headline shows in Hamburg and Berlin next April.
In summer, the singer could be seen at numerous festival appearances, such as Tempelhof Sounds, Appletree Garden or Sound Of The Forest. In autumn she played at the Reeperbahn Festival before supporting Paolo Nutini on stage in Germany and other European capitals. More support shows for Alice Merton are still to come.
The young singer's first songs were written after she moved from a small town to Hamburg. All the new impulses and an environment characterized by a lot of creativity inspired the contrasting and unimpressed honest sound of BROCKHOFF.
With a mixture of 90s indie sounds, empowering pop flair and her expressive vocals, the singer manages to create springtime feelings, as in her debut single "2nd Floor". Her band always knows how to leave room for her special voice. Her lyrics are profound and authentic and filled with hope and anticipation. She tells stories of longing, the thrill of love and her life between small and big city.
BROCKHOFF is integrity lived, translated into clever hooks, vulnerable lyricism with a big pinch of charisma. Indie fans should therefore not miss the opportunity to experience the newcomer live at her first own concerts.
